And now, here are 2 Super Ideas, 4 Super Quotes, and 7 Super Questions to ponder this week…

2 🌟 Super Ideas of the Week

1. DIY Memory Jar:
Start a family tradition with a memory jar! Grab a large jar and some colorful paper. Each week, have your kids write down something memorable that happened. At the end of the year, gather around to read all the wonderful moments. It’s a simple yet meaningful way to cherish family time.

2. Meal Prep Made Fun:
Turn meal prep into a fun family activity! Assign each child a task based on their age—whether it’s washing vegetables, stirring a pot, or setting the table. Not only does this lighten your load, but it also teaches kids valuable life skills and encourages healthy eating.

I've been a mom since I saw a positive result on my pregnancy test back in October of 1999.

Yes, once that life begins to form inside of you, your whole world changes!

You then have major life decisions that you never thought about before.

· Am I gonna be a good mom?

· What kind of mom am I going to be?

· Do I really want to be a mom?

· Am I gonna get SUPER FAT?

· Will my husband still want to be with me?

The list of questions goes on and on…

I am sure you remember those first moments whether you were trying to become pregnant or you forgot to take your pill consistently or the darn the condom broke.

However you got to this point in your life, the first question in the back of your mind is always…

NOW WHAT?

Back to that in the next newsletter…
