Then I responded loudly, “I am going to be a COW!”

Yeah, there was no more whispering at that point.

The test came out positive again and now I am not the only one that knows.

Did you ever realize that even knowing something to be true doesn’t really feel like a reality until someone else knows too?

I am going to be a COW!

Those words revealed the image I saw in my head.

I saw myself blowing up like a balloon and then being hooked up to a breast pump.

So there we were laying on the bed coming to the realization that we were going to be having a baby. All those questions went through my head again…

* Am I gonna be a good mom?

* What kind of mom am I going to be?

* Do I really want to be a mom?

* Am I gonna get SUPER FAT? COW IMAGES - MOO

* Will my husband still want to be with me?

* Who do we tell next?

* When should we say something to anyone?

We got pregnant in October. Took the test in November.

“I need to tell my mom!”

I can’t hold this back from her. After all, she’s going to be a grandma.

Husband then said, “I have to tell my dad.”
